In 2020, my career took an unexpected turn when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. After dedicating over 12 years to healthcare, I realized that continuing in the bedside care direction wasn't aligned with my true passions. Both mentally and physically burnt out, I knew I needed a change to prioritize my mental health and overall well-being.

During this time, I explored various avenues, including online selling while attending a healthcare program and working odd jobs to make ends meet. However, I soon realized that I was overwhelming myself and needed to take a step back. I made the courageous decision to pause everything and focus on self-care and personal growth.

Fast forward two years, and I'm back doing what I love. Helping women find clothes, jewelry, accessories, and makeup that make them feel beautiful brings me immense joy. While true beauty comes from within, sometimes a little external enhancement can provide that extra boost of confidence.

Fashion and jewelry have always been my passions, and I'm not afraid to switch up my look frequently. However, finding styles that truly match my personality can be a challenge, especially with the ever-changing fashion industry. That's why I created Small Town Chic, a platform dedicated to showcasing chic fashion at an affordable price, including my own handcrafted jewelry and other hobby projects.
